Frequently Asked Questions

All items are made to order and turnaround time is 1-3 weeks, not including holidays or weekends. 

Items default to a calculated weight using USPS First class mail. Options are available at checkout for Priority mail, both domestic and international. 

I am not responsible for any shipping delays caused by USPS. Please be advised international shipments can take more than 2 weeks to be delivered. 

Items can be returned in the original packaging and I must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. A label will be sent to you for the return, and a refund will be given on the item minus the cost of the shipping.
